Meet the Humans
Miss Rachael nourishes with love, laughter, and plenty of silliness. She’s married to Farmer Ian, and together they’re raising a lively little crew of three kids, two dogs, one cat, and eight curious chickens.
She’s happiest outside — hands in the soil, surrounded by sunshine, sprouts, and singing birds. Whether she’s planting seeds, gathering eggs, or swaying in the green hammock, Miss Rachael brings a deep love of nature into everything she does.
Beyond her muddy boots and garden gloves, Rachael is also a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW, MSW). She provides supervision for nephrology social workers and brings her knowledge of empathy, child development, and connection to everything she grows — plants and people alike.
Berry Patch Farm School grew from its philosophy of "follow the joy.” This farm school blossomed from Miss Rachael’s deepest passions — children, animals, nature, and the wonder of life.
Each element of the Berry Patch was lovingly chosen to spark curiosity, nourish growing hearts, and celebrate the magic found in puddle jumping, buzzing bees, fresh-picked berries, and shared laughter.
This is a place where joy leads the way.

Meet the Pets
To keep things simple on the farm, our two family pups will not be a part of Berry Patch, but an introduction seems fitting. They are both kind to humans big and small and you might see their tails wagging through the window or hear their happy barks at seeing you come to play at their house. You are all their best friends.

The empath who loves to work with Farmer Ian.

Lilly
The mama, who needs to stay close to her human kids.
